Music Theory Class - Crash Course - $99

This class is a four-week (1 lesson per week) program designed to give the average musician a good working knowledge of music theory. Topics to be covered will include: major and minor scales, chord structure, major and minor keys and practical use, the modal system and how to construct a solo in any key, and a working knowledge of the Nashville Number System. Music theory applies to all instruments and music styles. It will improve your listening skills even if you play by ear. And contrary to popular belief, you do not have to read music to learn music theory. This is a very practical, easy to understand method, and will help you along your entire music career. Taught by Mychael John Thomas

Music Business Class - Crash Course - $99

This class is a four-week (1 lesson per week) program designed to provide an overview of the music business. Topics to be covered will include: Songwriting, Publishing and Copyright procedure, Record Labels, including A & R departments, promotion, percentages and royalties, Record Production, Session Musicians, Concert Promotion, Management, and Contract negotiating. Music is a business, and if you want to be successful you need to know the rules. This course will prepare you for a potentially successful career in the music industry.  Taught by Mychael John Thomas
